Registered Nurse - PCU Charge Nurse

Hospitals on Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - PCU Charge Nurse in the Bradenton, FL area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care on the PCU unit
• Coordinate nursing staff and ensure patient needs are met
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Florida RN license
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
• Experience in one of the following areas: Assistant Nurse Manager, Bariatric, BiPap monitoring, CNO, COVID, CVA, Cardiac Drip Management, Charge, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, DKA patients, Director, High acuity patients, Manager, Post cardiac intervention, Sheath pulls, Supervisor, or VP

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
