Registered Nurse - PCU

Registered Nurse position in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), providing high‑acuity, evidence‑based care to patients with complex medical and cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities

• Providing high‑acuity, evidence‑based care to patients with complex medical and cardiac conditions
• Performing comprehensive patient assessments
• Managing telemetry and IV therapies
• Administering medications and responding promptly to patient condition changes
• Collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team
• Educating patients and families about care plans
• Documenting care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license
• Knowledge of telemetry, IV therapy, and cardiac care
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment
