Registered Nurse - PCU

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit (PCU), utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices. Models proficiency through precepting and contributes to safety and quality at the point of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care aligned with AACN’s Synergy Model and specialty standards
• Support individualized education and competency validation
• Welcome ongoing learning in a dynamic clinical environment

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and valid RN licensure
• Minimum 6 months of ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations, valid through sixty days of employment
