Registered Nurse Patient Navigator

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Registered Nurse with valid credential from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Willingness to obtain a compact license within 90 days.
• Prior experience as Care Manager, Case Manager, or Patient Navigator in ambulatory or home health settings is preferred.
