Registered Nurse Patient Navigator

Location

Tulsa, OK – Ascension St. John's Medical Center

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

About the role

As a Registered Nurse in our Renal Transplant unit, you will serve as a liaison to strengthen collaboration and patient-centered care, coordinate treatment to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction, ensure seamless transitions and fewer delays across the continuum of care, and track data to drive evidence-based improvements and efficiency.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse – obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing – required
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire
• BLS Provider preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)

Preferred qualifications

• 3+ years RN experience
• Critical Care experience a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
• BSN or higher preferred
