Registered Nurse - Part Time - Nights

About the role

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in a Regional Float Pool, providing individualized care across multiple facilities in the region.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on nursing standards
• Collaborating with diverse care teams and adapting to various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and Stepdown
• Serving a minimum of three facilities, including hospitals in different communities
• Providing high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and supporting continuous learning and skill development
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to various clinical environments

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU and other specialties
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS for critical care
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist with patient mobility
