Registered Nurse - Part Time Nights

Position Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by others. Coordinates patient care with various departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational values and standards. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN)Current RN license for the state or in a compact licensure area, meeting all licensing requirementsBasic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hireAdditional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, and others may be required based on the unit or role Physical Requirements Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform movements such as gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting. Key Duties Deliver direct patient care based on nursing assessments and care plansCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatmentEnsure patient rights, confidentiality, and safety are upheldMaintain compliance with organizational standards and policies
