Registered Nurse - Part Time

Role Overview

The Nurse practices independently within a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals. They demonstrate clinical competence, delegate tasks appropriately, and adapt to contingencies in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care aligned with ANA standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs in accordance with their practice level.
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• One year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification and RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.

Schedule

Part-time role with a 12-hour shift from 6AM to 6PM.
