About the Role

Appleseed Personnel, a family-owned full-service staffing firm in Leominster, is assisting a client in Shirley with finding a Registered Nurse for their busy practice. This position supports direct patient care and essential administrative functions, playing a key role in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapy and monitor patients
• Perform phlebotomy and blood draws
• Record vital signs and maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation
• Follow infection control, safety, and clinical sanitation procedures
• Coordinate clinical operations and assist with front desk workflow, including phones and patient scheduling
• Support pre-authorizations and related follow-up
• Communicate care plans to patients
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized treatment and patient care areas

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Experience with IV therapy administration and patient monitoring
• Experience with phlebotomy and blood draws
• Strong documentation and EMR skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the clinic during the workday

Experience supporting both clinical care and front desk workflow is a plus.
