Registered Nurse - Part Time

Role: Registered Nurse in a PCU Stepdown unit, providing intermediate care for patients transitioning from ICU or acute care. Key Responsibilities Conduct continuous patient assessments and administer medications accurately.Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.Monitor complex cardiac and telemetry patients, responding promptly to changes in condition.Maintain effective communication to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Knowledge of cardiac telemetry and acute care protocols.Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
