About the role

A registered nurse provides high-level, technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver age-appropriate care according to unit standards.
• Communicate effectively, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure accountability for performance.
• Actively seek to improve patient experience and pursue professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, plus any department-specific certifications.
• Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in critical care settings.
