Registered Nurse - PACU - Days

Position: Registered Nurse Location: Skokie, with travel to Evanston, Glenbrook, and Highland Park Hospitals Hours: Full-time, with availability between 6am and 11:30am, including call duties on weeknights and weekends Responsibilities: Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care across diverse patient populationsUtilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plansInvolve patients and families in care decisions and ensure regulatory complianceTake accountability for nursing outcomes and make informed decisions based on therapeutic relationshipsGuide and supervise unlicensed nursing staff in delivering interdisciplinary careCollaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a state-approved nursing program; BSN preferredCurrent IL RN license and CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart AssociationMinimum 6 months RN experience in a similar role (preferred)Basic computer skills Benefits include: Shift, on-call, and holiday pay; incentive pay for select rolesOpportunities for advancement and professional growthComprehensive health, dental, vision, and pet insuranceTuition reimbursement, free parking, wellness programs, and retirement options with company matchPaid time off and community involvement opportunities
