Position Overview
A Registered Nurse provides safe, compassionate, and effective care across diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Responsibilities include guiding unlicensed staff, collaborating with healthcare team members, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves perioperative care for patients undergoing Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and peri-anesthesia care for patients from Operating Rooms and supporting areas.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an approved nursing school; BSN preferred
- Current IL RN license
- 1+ year of relevant experience; PACU/ICU/Behavioral Health preferred
- CPR/BLS certification; ACLS/PALS and CPAN/CAPA preferred
