Responsibilities
- Lead patient recovery by monitoring vital signs, managing pain, and evaluating responses to interventions.
- Maintain sterile conditions and adhere to evidence-based protocols (AORN/ASPAN) to promote healing and safety.
- Cook with the care team through accurate documentation and communication of patient status.
- Anticipate clinical needs using knowledge of pathophysiology and surgical procedures to prevent complications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS certification; ALS certification within 6 months; Pediatric ALS preferred.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
Key Duties
- Manage immediate post-anesthesia recovery during critical phases.
- Provide vigilant, direct patient care with a focus on safety and comfort.
- Apply clinical knowledge to anticipate and address patient needs.
- Ensure compliance with sterile and safety standards.
- Document patient progress accurately to support seamless care transitions.

- Minimal call required.
- Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends, or holidays.
