About the role

The Outpatient Surgery Center (OSC) at Exeter Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide safe, efficient, and family-focused care in a perioperative setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative care to patients undergoing procedures in the 4 operating rooms.
• Work collaboratively in a team-focused atmosphere to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Admit and discharge patients on the same day of their procedure, facilitating a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• RN license from the NH state or any other compact state.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certified or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certified within 1 year of hire.
• CNOR certified within 18 months or upon meeting certification criteria.
• One year prior OR experience.

Pay

$4,000.00 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
