About the role

The Outpatient Surgery Center (OSC) at Exeter Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and family-focused care to patients undergoing outpatient procedures.
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-operative care for patients in the 4 operating rooms and admission/recovery facility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• RN license from the NH state or any other compact state.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 1 year of hire.
• American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer Certified (COC) within 18 months or when certification criteria are met.
• One year prior OR experience preferred.

Pay

• $4,000.00 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

• Part time, Day shift 32 hours per week.
• Varying days off.
