About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate patient care within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
Responsibilities
- Assessing and evaluating patient conditions using evidence-based practices
- Assisting providers with patient assessments, examinations, and treatments
- Performing basic medical procedures under supervision
- Administering medications following organizational policies
- Assisting in emergency situations
- Educating patients and families about diagnoses and procedures
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Assuming accountability for care provided and documented
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Ohio RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including supervision of team members
- Basic computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred
