About the role

This RN position is based on a 24-bed Medical Surgical unit specializing in Orthopedics, Trauma, and Stroke/Neurology, with a dedicated 10-bed Joint Care Center for total joint replacement patients. The role involves caring for short-stay surgical patients, ensuring safe patient discharge and admission, and maintaining high-quality nursing care during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Supporting patient education and comfort

Qualifications And Skills

Current RN licensure recognized by the State of New York.

Relevant clinical experience in the unit’s specialty areas.
