Role Overview: This is a full-time Night Shift RN position in a 24-bed Medical Surgical unit specializing in Orthopedics, Trauma, and Stroke/Neurology, including a 10-bed Joint Care Center for total joint replacements. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care for surgical and medical patients, ensuring safe discharges and admissions.Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive nursing services.Participate in professional growth activities, preceptorships, and continuing education.Promote a positive team environment with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
