Registered Nurse - Orthopedics and Spine Specialty

Role: Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic and spine care in a fast-paced, 32-bed unit. Collaborates with medical providers to assess, perform, teach, and manage patient care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and an outstanding patient experience. Acts as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers while maintaining compliance with standards and regulations. Key Duties Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes.Administer medications, monitor responses, and document care thoroughly.Respond to patient requests proactively and resolve issues efficiently.Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of nursing school; valid RN license in practice state or with an active compact license.Current BCLS certification.Motivated, detail-oriented nursing professionals with a passion for patient care.
