Registered Nurse - Orthopedics and Spine Specialty

About the Role

Provide evidence-based post-surgical and acute orthopedic and spine care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, manage wounds and pain
• Educate patients on their care plans
• Collaborate with surgeons, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure safe discharges
• Accurately document in the EMR and support quality and safety initiatives
• Precept and mentor new staff as needed
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional development

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Experience or knowledge in orthopedic and spine care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and continuous learning
