Registered Nurse - Ortho/Neuro - Post Surgical

Position Overview Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies and protocols.Implement and monitor patient care plans, assess patient conditions, and communicate updates.Coordinate multidisciplinary care and ensure physician and nursing orders are carried out.Assist with discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team. Qualifications & Skills Current or eligible RN license by the Alabama Board of Nursing.Valid BLS certification within 30 days of hire, from AHA or Red Cross.Diploma from an accredited nursing school and professional licensure at hire.
