About the role
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans, communicate patient conditions effectively, and ensure well-coordinated patient care across disciplines as the primary coordinator. Follow physician and nursing orders and assist with discharge planning needs.
Requirements
- Current RN license or eligibility from the Alabama Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification obtained within one month of hire
