Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and respect to patients and their families.
• Works independently, self-motivated, and follows direction from physicians and management.
• Maintain safe knowledge of equipment, procedures, supplies, computer, IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, I-STAT, immediate use sterilization policy and procedures.
• Proficient in English and able to communicate effectively.
• A minimum of 1 year of OR - Surgical experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing [Preferred]

Skills

• Knowledge of equipment, procedures, supplies, computer, IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, I-STAT, immediate use sterilization policy and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Pay

This facility pays between $35.04 - $65.17 per hour.
