Registered Nurse - OR, Arlington Heights, Full time.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and outcomes.
- Revise care plans as needed, following physician orders, hospital policies, and nursing standards.
- Practice in accordance with state licensure, hospital policies, and professional nursing guidelines.
- Provide safe, ethical, and patient-centered care in the operating room setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality outcomes.
- Adhere to professional standards and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program; nurses with ASN hired after May 1, 2014, must obtain a BSN within three years.
- Current Illinois nursing license.
- CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
Schedule
3p to 11:30p, including call, weekend, and holiday schedules
