Registered Nurse - OR - Evenings

Position: Registered Nurse - OR Location: Arlington Heights Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care outcomes.Follow physician orders, hospital policies, departmental procedures, and professional standards.Revise care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program; Nurses with ASN must obtain a BSN within three years of employment.Current nursing license for Illinois and CPR certification.Strong understanding of nursing standards, ethical practices, and patient care procedures. Key Duties Provide patient care during shifts that may include call, weekends, and holidays.Adhere to regulatory and professional guidelines, including the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver safe, effective care.
