Registered Nurse (OR)

Role Overview: Provides expert perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, PACU, or related levels of care, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care while prioritizing safety, quality, and wellness.Precept and mentor new healthcare team members.Support clinical education and competency validation through individualized training.Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.Minimum 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice. Key Duties: Provide perioperative and post-anesthesia care, adhere to core curriculum standards, and participate in ongoing professional development with support from clinical educators.
