About the Role

The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking and leadership in patient care, ensuring safe and effective nursing practices in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments
• Monitor patients receiving conscious sedation
• Perform circulating and scrub duties in surgical settings
• Utilize equipment appropriately
• Document peri-operative care accurately
• Provide communication with patients' families
• Demonstrate teamwork and maintain a respectful work environment
• Restock supplies and clean work areas

Requirements

• Valid NH or compact RN license
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1-3 years of experience (critical care preferred)
• Certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS within designated timeframes
