Registered Nurse - Operating Room

About the Role

This position involves providing advanced perioperative patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment, including the Operating Room, PACU, and related areas. You will utilize evidence-based practices, model proficiency through precepting, and prioritize safety and quality at the point of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care using the nursing process
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
• Prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practices
• Precept and support new healthcare team members
• Maintain compliance with AORN and ABPANC standards

Requirements

• Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross

Schedule

The role includes evening shifts with occasional float and on-call duties.

Pay

Compensation is $60/hour plus travel stipends.
