Registered Nurse Operating Room

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: Perform physical, social, and psychological assessments; develop individualized care plans; coordinate and delegate care to interdisciplinary teams; evaluate patient responses and adjust care accordingly; uphold professionalism, legal, and ethical standards; ensure accurate documentation. Qualifications: Valid RN license, Basic Life Support certification, and, for less experienced RNs, a BSN within four years. Skills: Patient care delivery, interdisciplinary teamwork, communication, critical thinking, documentation, and patient evaluation. Key Duties: Assist in surgical procedures, ensure patient safety, collaborate with healthcare team, and promote quality outcomes. Physical Requirements: Ability to see, hear, manipulate equipment, lift, stand, and assist with patient mobility.
