Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices, technology, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physical, social, and psychological factors.Develop individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinate and delegate care to interdisciplinary team members, ensuring effective resource management.Monitor patient responses, evaluate outcomes, and revise care plans accordingly.Maintain professionalism by adhering to legal standards, documenting accurately, and practicing ethically. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in the practice state; BSN degree required, with timely completion if less than 12 months of experience.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Excellent communication, critical thinking, patient care coordination, and documentation skills. Physical & Other Requirements Ability to see, hear, and read information; manipulate equipment with manual dexterity.Assist with patient transfers, navigate busy environments, and operate equipment safely.Driving may be required for roles involving transportation.
