Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered peri-operative care in a surgical setting, ensuring patient safety and efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities Assess patients pre-surgery and educate families about procedures and care.Prepare patients, including administering medications and verifying surgical sites.Participate in surgical site verification, briefings, and protocols.Recognize and respond to patient emergencies promptly.Deliver evidence-based nursing care, monitoring and documenting patient conditions.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including surgeons and technologists.Apply critical thinking, technical skills, and leadership independently. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license and diploma or equivalent.Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of start.Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
