Registered Nurse - Operating Room / Ambulatory Surgery Center

Role Overview Provides specialized perioperative nursing care in settings such as the Operating Room, PACU, or Perioperative units, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care through all phases of perioperative services, including preoperative preparation, intraoperative support, and postoperative recovery.Model proficiency by precepting and mentoring new staff and students.Support clinical education, ensuring competency validation and adherence to core curriculum standards.Contribute to maintaining safety and quality standards at the point of care. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited or approved nursing program with current RN licensure.Minimum of 6 months OR nursing experience or completion of a designated fellowship.Current BLS certification; preferred CNOR certification.Relevant certifications and a commitment to evidence-based practice and team collaboration.
