Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Surgery Center

Role Overview Ambulatory Registered Nurses deliver professional nursing care in outpatient settings, including recording patient histories, performing diagnostic tests, administering medications, and developing care plans collaboratively. They assist physicians during examinations and procedures, operate medical equipment, and ensure patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care tailored to outpatient and surgical patients.Assist with pre/post-operative, procedural, and endoscopic procedures within an Ambulatory Surgery Center.Monitor and operate medical equipment, record patient data, and support diagnostic processes.Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Healthcare experience is preferred. Key Duties Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting during day shifts.Operate and monitor medical equipment during procedures.Document patient histories, test results, and care plans accurately.Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
