Registered Nurse - Operating Room (12hr Shifts With Call)

Position Overview Provides patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by team members and coordinates patient care with other departments. Performs duties consistent with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduated from a nursing school with an Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN.Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with renewal as needed.Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or C-EFM may be required based on the unit. Responsibilities & Physical Requirements Assist with patient care, ensuring safety and confidentiality.Evaluate care effectiveness and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
