Registered Nurse - Oncology Unit - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse - Oncology Unit (Nights) Location: Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, IL Hours: 7:00pm - 7:30am, every other weekend Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 per hour, based on experience and expertise Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues both verbally and in writing.Individualize patient and family education to meet specific learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practices.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
