Registered Nurse - Oncology Unit - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse - Oncology Unit (Nights) Location: Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, IL Hours: Part-time, 24 hours/week, 7:00pm - 7:30am, every other weekend Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessment and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providersCoordinate individualized care plans to ensure safe, effective, and timely interventionsCommunicate clearly with patients, families, and team members in person, via phone, and in writingProvide personalized patient and family education tailored to their learning needsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practiceMaintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing programCurrent Illinois nursing licenseCPR certification from the American Heart Association
