Registered Nurse/Oncology Chemo Certified

About the role

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care in our acute care facility located in Saint Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing oncology nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN in Minnesota.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred, but first-time candidates are accepted.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Chemo (ONS/ONCC) certification required.
• Will work every 3rd weekend.

Qualifications

• No on-call requirements.
• No block schedule is offered.
• Will float as needed.
• Will not accommodate locals from outside a 100-mile radius.
• Pending license accepted.
• Will not exceed 5 days of RTO restrictions.

Schedule

Shifts are from 1900-0730 hours, with weekends worked every 3rd weekend.
