Registered Nurse/Oncology

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology Infusion to provide exceptional care to oncology patients receiving infusion therapies. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Assignment Details

• Specialty: Oncology Infusion
• Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
• On-Call Requirement: None
• Floating: Required as needed based on patient care needs
• Block Scheduling: Not available
• Pending License: Accepted
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may cancel up to three shifts during the assignment without penalty
• Requested Time Off (RTO): Ideally limited to five days or fewer
• Local Candidate Policy: Applicants residing within a 100-mile radius of the facility are not eligible

Minimum Qualifications

• Active or pending Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience, preferably in Oncology Infusion or an acute care setting
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient care needs and float to other units as required
