Registered Nurse - On Call - Weekend (Exempt)

Role: Provides on-call registered nursing support outside regular hours to meet patient care and operational needs in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Responsibilities: Utilizes clinical judgment to assess situations, respond to patient and operational needs, coordinate care, and ensure safe, effective outcomes. Adheres to policies, protocols, and nursing scope of practice. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent RN licenseMinimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience in acute, outpatient, procedural, or specialty care settingsBasic Life Support (BLS) certification Skills & Abilities: Effective communication, multitasking, proficiency with electronic health records, ability to work independently and collaboratively, physical ability to perform nursing functions, and responsiveness within response time expectations. Work Conditions: On-call role with variable hours, potential remote or on-site work, requiring flexibility and prompt response. Physical endurance for patient care activities is essential.
