About the Role
Provide clinical nursing support outside regular hours in the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring safe and effective patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient and operational needs during on-call shifts.
- Coordinate care and respond to time-sensitive situations.
- Adhere to nursing policies, protocols, and scope of practice.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in acute or specialty care.
- BLS certification.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR).
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform essential physical functions of the role.
Schedule
Variable on-call hours, including weekends, with potential for remote or on-site work. Prompt response within established timeframes is required.
