Registered Nurse Obstetrics

Position Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment in a clinical setting. They utilize evidence-based practices, technology, and therapeutic interventions while coordinating with the healthcare team. Responsibilities: Recognize and address patients’ physical and psychological needs, ensure continuity and quality of care, assess medical status upon admission, develop individualized treatment plans, document care accurately, oversee LPN and CNA activities, and participate in clinical team conferences.Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Montana RN license, BLS certification, with additional certifications like NRP and STABLE within specified timeframes. Prior nursing experience in similar settings preferred, and some roles require ongoing education such as BSN within five years for ASN degree holders.Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, manual dexterity, physical stamina for lifting and moving patients, ability to work varied shifts, and proficiency with medical equipment and documentation.
