About the Role
Work in the OB Emergency Department, providing direct nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts
- Execute physician and nursing orders
- Manage discharge planning
- Assess patient conditions and communicate updates effectively
- Serve as a primary coordinator for patient care
- Follow physician and nursing directives accurately
- Participate in discharge planning and healthcare team collaboration
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse from the Alabama Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school
Certifications
- CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire
