About the role
As a float-pool nurse at Mount Auburn Hospital, you’ll have the flexibility to work across multiple units, including:
- Medical & Surgical and Telemetry Step Down
- ICU
- Emergency Department (caring for med/surg boarders)

Responsibilities
- Float between assigned units based on hospital staffing needs
- Provide high-quality nursing care in various clinical settings
- Adapt to different unit protocols and patient populations
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment
Pay
The base hourly wage range for this position is $37.00 - $95.37. Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as seniority, education, training, relevant experience, certifications, geography, job responsibilities, and applicable shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, or overtime.
