Registered Nurse NOC

Sign-on bonus available for full-time night shifts (6 PM – 6 AM).

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate, caring, dynamic, and highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality clinical care, support residents in their recovery and daily wellness, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each resident receives personalized, dignified care. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Make nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborate with the resident and members of the healthcare team.
• Record the administration of medication.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed according to state and government regulations and facility safety procedures.
• Follow procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community preferred.
• Desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Pay

$42.00 – $54.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time and PRN shifts available.
