Registered Nurse - Night Shift (Every Other Sunday & Wednesday)

Role: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of resident care to ensure safety, well-being, and compliance with regulations. Key Duties Communicate with healthcare team, residents, and families about resident status and concerns.Maintain and update Resident Care Plans for accuracy and relevance.Administer, document, and manage medications according to physician orders, ensuring proper replacement of expired medications.Recognize symptoms, initiate appropriate treatments, and report patient care issues.Supervise ancillary staff, providing guidance and corrective actions as needed.Participate in care conferences and ensure compliance with policies and legal standards. Qualifications & Skills Colorado Registered Nursing License in good standing.Preferred experience in geriatrics and supervisory roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to handle moderate physical activity and interact frequently with residents, families, and staff. Physical & Work Environment: Involves handling objects up to 50 pounds, exposure to chemicals and infectious agents, and frequent movement and interaction within a dynamic setting.
