Registered Nurse - NICU (PRN)

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU
• Support family-centered care
• Perform therapies such as hypothermia, high-frequency ventilation, and iNO
• Evaluate care quality and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• Experience in NICU nursing is preferred
• Certifications: BLS required; NRP and other certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.) may be required or encouraged
• Ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs, and perform prolonged standing, walking, and physical tasks
