Registered Nurse - NICU (PRN)

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced neonatal care for infants as early as 26 weeks gestation, including therapies like hypothermia, high-frequency ventilation, and iNO.
• Collaborate with teams, evaluate caregiver performance, and ensure adherence to care protocols.
• Maintain certifications such as NRP and STABLE, and pursue specialty certifications like RNC-NIC.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license.
• Relevant NICU experience.
• Certifications such as BLS, NRP, ACLS, and other unit-specific credentials may be required.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform duties involving reaching, bending, and kneeling is essential.
