About the role

The PRN nursing role involves providing expert care to critically ill newborns, assessing and adjusting care plans in real-time, and coordinating a multidisciplinary team for a holistic ‘whole-baby’ approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care to critically ill newborns
• Absess and adjust care plans in real-time
• Cookordination a multidisciplinary team for a holistic ‘whole-baby’ approach

Requirements

• Valid RN license from Indiana
• BLS certification within 30 days
• Prior NICU experience is necessary

Qualifications

• Preferred certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation and The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program
