Registered Nurse - NICU

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, family-centered care to critically ill and premature newborns.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor clinical conditions.
• Manage ventilators, IV infusions, and administer medications.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and stabilize patients as needed.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver specialized neonatal care, ensure patient safety, and support family needs within a technologically advanced, supportive acute care setting.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience or knowledge in neonatal care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
